From JSE platform to a simpler, sharper firm.
- 1996 — Established on the JSE corporate membership platform.
- 2006–2008 — Acquired 4M Traders; initiated a global investment strategy; restructured asset management vs stockbroking.
- 2013–2015 — Employee share scheme, structured products, internal IT, and expansion across Glacier, Hollard, Momentum, Investec, PSG.
